Once we have received your order, we will contact you within two business days to finalize the specifics of your order including an estimated invoice. An $35.00 non-refundable initial design fee is required to begin the design process. This deposit will be credited to your final invoice. Within three business days of receiving your deposit we will email a text proof to you for your review and approval. Once your text approval and 50% deposit of your estimated invoice is received, production will begin. The remaining balance of the order is due prior to shipment.
