Do you have a catalog? Because we frequently add new designs our website is our catalog. Do you offer samples? The textural nature of our designs are best seen and felt. Samples may be ordered through the design gallery pages or order online samples here. Paper swatches (depending on availability) are free of charge with a sample purchase. For what type of events do you create designs? We can accommodate most event needs, from an intimate party to a large function. Some examples are weddings, corporate functions, Bat/Bar Mitzvahs, anniversaries and private parties. Is there a minimum order? Although we do have a minimum of 10 pieces, any amount after that is fine. How long will my order take? It depends on the complexity of the design, quantity ordered and our production schedule. Most designs take 4-6 weeks, based on a quantity of 100. For rush orders please contact us. Are your invitations fully assembled? All our invitations are fully assembled and ready to be addressed and mailed. If you are looking for ways to trim the budget, however, we are happy to leave some of the minor assembly to you. When should I mail my wedding invitations? Traditionally it is 6-8 weeks beforehand. However, a popular courtesy many couples extend to out-of-town guests is a "save-the-date" card which is usually sent out when the event date is decided upon. Can you mail my invitations? We certainly can. That is an additional service we offer to help make your planning easier. Just let us know you are interested in that. Can I customize my order? Definitely. We offer two levels of customization. The first level makes minor changes (fonts, papers, motifs) to existing designs. This is available free of charge unless the change increases the cost of producing the design. The second level is a completely new design. For information on this service, please see the custom page. Are there ways to keep costs down? There are many ways to create the look you want and also stay within your budget. Choices of papers, ribbons and assembly all effect the cost and can be reworked to accomodate your taste and budget. Do you offer any other event materials? Do you offer hand calligraphy or letterpress? Yes, while it increases the cost, most text on our invitations can be done in a hand calligraphy or letterpress. What types of payment do you accept? We accept personal checks and money orders by mail and Mastercard/Visa/American Express and Discover through Paypal. I have a question that is not answered here. No problem.
